Swallow Risedon whole. Do not break, crush, chew, or suck on the tablet before swallowing.
Take Risedon with a full glass of plain water (6 to 8 oz/180 to 240 mL). Do not take Risedon with mineral water, coffee, tea, milk, or juice. Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking Risedon and until you eat your first food of the day.
Continue to take Risedon even if you feel well.
If you want to achieve most effective results do not stop taking Risedon suddenly.
Risedon (Actonel) Missing of dose
Do not take double dose. If you miss a dose you should take it as soon as you remember about your missing. If it is the time for the next dose you should continue your regular dosing schedule.

Risedon may interfere with certain lab tests. Be sure your health care provider and lab personnel know you are taking Risedon.
Lab tests, including bone density and blood calcium levels, may be performed while you use Risedon . These tests may be used to monitor your condition or check for side effects. Be sure to keep all health care provider and lab appointments.
Risedon can be dangerous for children.
