Swallow Ridron whole. Do not break, crush, chew, or suck on the tablet before swallowing.
Take Ridron with a full glass of plain water (6 to 8 oz/180 to 240 mL). Do not take Ridron with mineral water, coffee, tea, milk, or juice. Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking Ridron and until you eat your first food of the day.
Continue to take Ridron even if you feel well.
If you want to achieve most effective results do not stop taking Ridron suddenly.

Do not take double dose. If you miss a dose you should take it as soon as you remember about your missing. If it is the time for the next dose you should continue your regular dosing schedule.

Lab tests, including bone density and blood calcium levels, may be performed while you use Ridron . These tests may be used to monitor your condition or check for side effects. Be sure to keep all health care provider and lab appointments.
