Do not take more than 2 tablets of Ostenel per month unless your health care provider tells you otherwise.
Swallow Ostenel whole. Do not break, crush, chew, or suck on the tablet before swallowing.
Take Ostenel with a full glass of plain water (6 to 8 oz/180 to 240 mL). Do not take Ostenel with mineral water, coffee, tea, milk, or juice. Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking Ostenel and until you eat your first food of the day.
Continue to take Ostenel even if you feel well.
If you want to achieve most effective results do not stop taking Ostenel suddenly.

Do not take double dose. If you miss a dose you should take it as soon as you remember about your missing. If it is the time for the next dose you should continue your regular dosing schedule.
