Imipraminum (Tofranil) Dosage
Imipraminum is available in:

For adults
The usual starting dose is 75 mg a day. The maximum daily dose is 200 mg.
For children
Total daily dosages for children should not exceed 2.5 mg for each 2.2 pounds of the child's weight. Doses usually begin at 25 mg per day. This amount should be taken an hour before bedtime.
