Do not use Dostinex if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure.
Do not use Dostinex if you are taking a butyrophenone (haloperidol), metoclopramide, a phenothiazine (chlorpromazine), or a thioxanthene (thiothixene).
Dostinex should be used with extreme caution in children. Safety and effectiveness in children have not been confirmed.
